Helpful answers regarding doorstep checking, repairs, spare parts, and visiting charges in Salem.
Water drain aagala? On Intex washers, drainage failure is usually caused by lint or safety pins blocking the drain valve or a failed drain pump motor. Our Salem technician cleans the coin trap, checks the pump winding, and restores smooth drainage.
Slow water filling in Intex machines happens when Salem borewell hard water deposits mineral scale on the inlet valve mesh filter. Our technician cleans the screen and tests the solenoid coil with a digital multimeter.
Machine spin aagala? In Intex washers, spin failure is frequently caused by a weak motor run capacitor, a worn spin brake cable, or an unbalance switch trip. We test the capacitor and adjust the brake mechanism on-site.
Indicative pricing for Intex: Drain pump replacement ₹800 – ₹1,650, water inlet valve ₹700 – ₹1,400, motor run capacitor ₹500 – ₹1,100, and suspension damper set ₹850 – ₹1,800.
Tub knock aagutha? Violent vibration during spin indicates that the outer tub suspension damper rods have weakened. Replacing the damper rods restores vibration-free high-speed spinning.
